    INDIVIDUAL TRAINING  

Workouts include game-like drills, skills training, and positional IQ to help the player understand and execute their coach's expectations. Also includes individual film sessions. ​

    GROUP TRAINING  

Includes game-specific drills that will transfer over to game situations. The private training also includes skills training and intangibles not measurable on stat sheets, such as leadership. 

    TEAM TRAINING  

In conjunction with the head coach, this training is designed to elevate players' skills and IQ of the game to help coaches focus on the season. The Team Training also includes intangibles such as teamwork, leadership, and servant.
